# Hiding Computers, Desks and Rooms 

To hide Computers, Desks, and Rooms from the interface when they are not in use, follow these steps: 

1.  **Login as a Super Admin** **or Owner** 
2.  Navigate to **Admin > Organisation**. 
3.  Go to **Advanced Options**. 
4.  Select **Resource Type Visibility**. 
5.  Tick the resources you no longer wish to display on the user interface.

**Note**: The owner and Super Admin user roles will always see all resources.
