Hiding Computers, Desks and Rooms

To hide Computers, Desks, and Rooms from the interface when they are not in use, follow these steps: 

  1. Login as a Super Admin or Owner 
  2. Navigate to Admin > Organisation. 
  3. Go to Advanced Options. 
  4. Select Resource Type Visibility. 
  5. Tick the resources you no longer wish to display on the user interface. 
A grey rectangular object with black text AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Note: The owner and Super Admin user roles will always see all resources.
