Allowing Access to WebSockets Through a Smoothwall Filter

MyPC Cloud relies on WebSockets to function properly. The article above will help you configure Smoothwall to allow MyPC Cloud to operate as expected. 

Please note: The MyPC Client requires a continuous connection to the cloud service to function properly. Power settings that put the computer into sleep mode are not supported, as they interrupt this connection. Please ensure sleep mode is disabled to maintain optimal performance.
